Hereya (the CLI, Hereya Cloud, and the Hereya Registry) is operated by Novopattern ("we", "our", or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

- • Account Info: When you sign up with GitHub or email OTP, we receive your email address and (for GitHub login) your basic profile information (username, profile picture).
- • Usage Data: We collect anonymized usage logs and telemetry (e.g., commands run, errors) from the CLI, the SaaS, and the registry to improve the service.
- • No Other Personal Data: We do not request or store any other personal information.
How We Use Information
We use your information to:
- • Authenticate you and create your Hereya account.
- • Provide access to features such as environment state management and the registry.
- • Improve reliability, performance, and security across the Hereya stack.
- • Contact you about important updates or changes to the service.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Data Storage & Security
- • All data is stored securely on AWS servers located in the EU.
- • We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest.
- • Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

- • We do not share your personal data with third parties except as required to operate the service (e.g., our hosting provider AWS).
- • We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
