1. Using Hereya Cloud

• • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
• • You agree to use Hereya Cloud only for lawful purposes.
• • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

2. Accounts and Access

• • You may sign in using GitHub login or email OTP.
• • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• • You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

3. Service Availability

• • Hereya Cloud is provided on a best-effort basis.
• • We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time.
• • We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or interruptions.

4. Your Data

• • You own your data.
• • By using Hereya, you grant us permission to process and store your data as needed to operate the CLI, the Cloud, and the Registry.
• • We follow the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• • Use Hereya Cloud to break the law.
• • Attempt to hack, overload, or disrupt the service.
• • Reverse engineer or misuse the CLI, the Cloud, or the Registry.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Hereya Cloud is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Novopattern is not liable for:

• • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• • Any loss of data, profits, or business.

Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (if any).

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union.
